An event can be just about anything, such as an informal social gathering with family and/or friends, an engagement party, charity events (discounts apply), business award presentations, school promenade concert, university graduation ceremony or gala ball. I have even attended military officers mess grand balls. Whatever you have in mind really.

If you are organising an event of any kind at all, and feel you would like some lasting memories from the day, I would be happy to assist.

Cost depends on the type of event and amount of work involved, but as a general rule of thumb, I charge a fee of $132 per hour, including GST. The minimum fee is two hours, one hour in attendance at the event plus one hour post event processing of images at the studio. Generous discounts apply for registered charity events.

There are a range of options available as to how your images are presented to you, such as prints, images on disc at either low resolution for viewing on web or monitor only, or at high resolution so you can print your own pictures. There are also facilities for a projected slide show of images to be displayed at your function.

Each function is quoted for independently, dependant upon the specific needs of the organiser. I would be happy to provide you with an estimate or detailed quote for your function without any obligation on your part.

One last thing, if your function is planned for a Saturday, please allow plenty of time as Saturdays can become booked out many months in advance.
